My name is Billy Woods—I’m Abbot of Shen Men Guan ( a Doist temple) Qi Gong and Tai Qi teacher with over three decades of experience , teaching, and working with the healing power of rhythm and energy. As a world musician and master drummer, I’ve shared stages with musicians across continents and sat in ceremonies with elders from many traditions. But every so often, you meet someone who truly embodies the spiritual path—not just in word, but in presence.

There are rare moments in life when you meet someone whose very presence feels like medicine—Mambo Shoshana is one of those people. Over the years, not only have I come to know her as a deeply gifted spiritual teacher and healer, but also as a cherished friend and kindred soul on the path of truth and transformation.
